Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses astroworldmc.com, any Astroworld subdomain, or any Astroworld service. This includes the Minecraft server, the store, convert.astroworldmc.com, write.astroworldmc.com, apps.astroworldmc.com, browser extensions, QR code tools, Discord, and any other service we operate under the Astroworld name. By using any of these services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Astroworld: the Minecraft server, websites, apps, tools, extensions, store, Discord, and subdomains we operate
  • Astroworld MC: the Dutch company that partly operates Astroworld
  • Player / You: anyone using Astroworld
  • Service: any Astroworld service, including Minecraft gameplay, web tools, accounts, subscriptions, file conversion, writing tools, QR code tools, browser extensions, and store purchases
  • Account: a Minecraft account, website account, app account, subscription account, or any other login used with Astroworld

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play on Astroworld (in line with Mojang's terms). If you are under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

You may not use Astroworld if you have been banned, or if using Astroworld would break the laws where you live.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share your account, do not let others play on it, and do not buy or sell accounts.

If your account gets banned for breaking the rules, that is on you. We do not reverse "but it was my friend / brother / cousin" bans.

For website and app accounts, you must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure. We may store account details needed to run the service, such as your email, name, subscription status, usage counts, and account settings.

You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be kept where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for payment and tax records.

4. Acceptable use

Use Astroworld in line with our published rules at astroworldmc.com/rules. Breaking those rules can result in mutes, bans, and forfeiture of any in-game progress or purchases.

You may not:

  • Use cheats, exploits, or bots
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other players
  • Sell your account or in-game items for real money outside our official store
  • Try to break the server, website, or other infrastructure
  • Impersonate staff or other players
  • Upload malware, illegal files, or content you do not have the right to process
  • Abuse, scrape, spam, overload, or bypass rate limits on any Astroworld service
  • Use our writing, extension, file conversion, or QR tools for fraud, phishing, harassment, unlawful activity, or rights violations

5. Purchases and virtual items

  • All purchases on /store are final, except where required by law.
  • Virtual items (ranks, cosmetics, crate keys) are licenses to use on Astroworld. They have no real-money value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • We may add, remove, or change items in the store at any time.
  • If your account is banned for breaking the rules, any purchases made are forfeit. No refunds.
  • Under Dutch law, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, UNLESS you waived this right at checkout to get instant delivery. If you do not waive, delivery happens after 14 days.

6. File conversion service

The file conversion service at convert.astroworldmc.com lets you upload files for temporary processing.

  • Uploaded files are deleted after 1 hour.
  • We do not permanently store uploaded files.
  • IP-based and account-based rate limits may apply.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and convert each file.
  • We do not guarantee that every conversion will work or that converted files will be suitable for every purpose.
  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, confidential data you cannot share, or files that violate someone else's rights.

7. Writing tools

The writing tools at write.astroworldmc.com use AI-powered features to help draft, rewrite, summarize, analyze, or improve text.

  • AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.
  • Do not rely on the writing tools as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
  • Usage limits apply to free and paid plans. We may enforce limits by account, IP address, or subscription tier.
  • Premium features may require an active subscription.
  • Do not submit content that you do not have permission to process.

8. Browser extension

If you use an Astroworld browser extension, the extension may send page content or selected text to our server for AI analysis or other requested processing.

  • Page content is processed to provide the extension feature you request.
  • We do not permanently store page content sent by the extension.
  • You must only use the extension on pages and content where your use is allowed.
  • Browser permissions are used only to provide the extension features.

9. QR codes and redirects

Astroworld QR code and redirect tools may create short links, redirect pages, and scan analytics.

  • QR redirects may be tracked so the redirect can work and abuse can be prevented.
  • Premium users may receive scan analytics such as scan counts, approximate country, and device type.
  • Analytics are approximate and may be affected by VPNs, browser settings, security tools, or network routing.
  • Do not use Astroworld QR codes or redirects for phishing, malware, impersonation, illegal content, or deceptive campaigns.

10. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions for Astroworld web tools are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

  • Basic costs €4.99 per month.
  • Pro costs €8.99 per month.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • We do not provide partial-month refunds unless required by law or unless we confirm a duplicate charge, billing error, or failed delivery of a paid feature.
  • If payment fails, we may pause or downgrade premium access.
  • Premium plans may include usage limits. We may update limits, features, and fair-use rules as the service changes.

11. User-generated content

When you build, chat, or post on Astroworld:

  • You keep ownership of what you create.
  • You give us permission to use your content (screenshots, builds, chat messages) to run and promote Astroworld. This is a non-exclusive, royalty-free license.
  • You confirm you have the right to share what you upload (no copyrighted material from elsewhere).
  • We can remove anything that breaks the rules without notice.

This also applies to text, files, prompts, QR destinations, links, and other content you submit to Astroworld tools.

12. Service availability

We do our best to keep Astroworld online but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The server, websites, tools, extensions, store, and subdomains may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, rate limiting, abuse prevention, third-party outages, or unexpected issues. Check astroworldmc.com/status for current status.

We may also wipe worlds, reset economies, or shut down the server with notice posted on /news.

13. Termination

We can suspend or ban your access for any of these reasons:

  • Breaking the rules
  • Chargebacks or payment fraud
  • Harming other players or the server
  • Abusing web tools, subscriptions, rate limits, file uploads, redirects, or extensions
  • Legal obligations
  • Continued violations after warnings

You can stop using Astroworld at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected].

14. Liability

Astroworld is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for lost in-game progress, items, files, text, QR analytics, tool output, subscriptions, friendships, or anything else you experience on the server or through any Astroworld service.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the past 12 months, or €50, whichever is higher.

This does not limit liability for things that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law (such as personal injury or fraud).

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in another EU country, you may also have the right to bring a case in the courts of where you live.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will announce major changes on /news. Continuing to use Astroworld after changes means you accept the new Terms.
