Where are purchases delivered?
Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft username you enter in checkout after Stripe confirms payment. If you are offline, they arrive the next time you join.
Can I upgrade ranks later?
Yes. The upgrade table lets you pay the difference between your current rank and the next rank.
Are crates pay-to-win?
No. The crates sold here, Cosmic and Seasonal, hold cosmetics only, and every drop chance is listed. Common, Rare, Legendary and Spawner crates have gameplay loot, and their keys are earned in game, never sold.
What if delivery fails?
Open Support with your Minecraft username and checkout email. Staff can verify the Stripe order and help deliver it manually.
When do AstroCoins launch?
AstroCoins are earned in game for now, from votes, crates and duplicate cosmetics, and spent in the /cosmetics shop. The store will only sell them once they can buy nothing but cosmetics.
