APPLYStaff applications are open
We are looking for Helpers, Moderators, Builders, Developers and Media creators. Read the requirements carefully before applying. We only accept serious applications.
Five roles are open: Helper, Moderator, Builder, Developer and Media / Creator. We are looking for people who already play on Astroworld and want to do more than play.
Helper: you answer questions in chat and help new players figure out how things work. Patience matters more than knowing everything, but you should know how claiming, shops and the basic commands work.
Moderator: chat moderation, player reports and keeping things fair. You will deal with rule breakers, arguments and players who think the rules are not for them, and you need to be online on more than just weekends. No experience needed. A calm head is.
Builder: builds for spawn, events and the hub. Send screenshots of things you built yourself, not a downloaded map. You should be able to work in an existing style, and what you build has to fit the Astroworld look. WorldEdit helps but is not required.
Developer: Java plugins only, and Skript alone is not enough. Link your GitHub or paste real code, not a description of it. We judge quality, not just whether it runs. If you have never shipped a working plugin, this is probably not the right time.
Media / Creator: videos, clips and screenshots that show the server to new players. Show us what you have made before. Posting consistently matters more than your follower count.
Whatever the role, you need to be 13 or older, play on the server regularly, have a Discord account, get by in English or Dutch, have no active bans or mutes, and have a few hours a week to give.
Some things end an application straight away: asking for staff in-game or on Discord, sending an AI-written application, lying about your age, experience or portfolio, and applying only because you want the rank. We check portfolios and code.
The form is on the apply page, server.astroworldmc.com/apply. Pick a role, fill in the basics and add proof for what you claim, like screenshots, GitHub links or servers you worked on before. One specific paragraph does more than ten vague ones.
